Something I really love to do on flashy content is to double up the use of Studio Light transitions. They can really work well on green screen interviews, typically I’ll throw a Light transition behind the foreground and on top of the backplate, then I’ll throw another light transition on top of everything (typically the motion of the light will be the opposite (if the middle light was right to left, I will use a left to right transition)). Usually if timed correctly, with some sfx under it, you can get away with just the Studio Lights but if you still see a cut and don’t like it you can use a simple left to right wipe under the light or a white flash to top it off. Love how many uses these tools have.
