They Are Real Paint Strokes!

The Paint Strokes are great to give a graphic or video a stylized look. Since they’re real paint strokes, not created by a computer plugin, they have a natural, random quality to them. They’re handy to use as mattes to animate on text or some other graphic element, or to add a highlight color to something, or to just use as a design element. Like all of Rampant’s products, they can be manipulated in many ways, and they’re just plain fun to play with. I’ve used them on the transparency shader of a material in Zaxwerks ProAnimator to wipe on text. It’s cool to see 3D text with sections missing and grungy from the rough edges of the paint strokes.
